Overnight Warehouse Team Leader position at IKEA in Slacks Creek, responsible for overseeing fulfilment operations, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced omnichannel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations of the Fulfilment team
Lead and motivate team members to maintain optimal product availability
Recruit, develop, and retain talent
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Promote quality awareness and reduce damages

Requirements:

Proven experience leading operational teams
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
