Job Description

We are looking for independent, motivated people to join our fast-paced overnight warehouse team. If you like working on your own without constant supervision and want a steady night schedule with great pay, this job is for you!

Job Responsibility

  • Pick & Pack: Find, pack, and check customer orders quickly and accurately
  • Prep Shipments: Count stock, build pallets, and wrap them for shipping
  • Use Scanners: Use RF scanners and simple software to track orders
  • Paperwork: Fill out basic order sheets and shipping forms
  • Keep it Clean: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Drive the end-to-end fulfillment cycle by swiftly locating, pulling, and packing customer orders to meet daily shipping targets
  • Execute flawless inventory tracking by manually completing order sheets and verifying item counts with zero discrepancies
  • Construct stable, transit-ready freight by securely stacking product, performing accurate piece counts, and wrapping pallets for maximum durability
  • Navigate internal warehouse systems and digital platforms seamlessly to log order updates and keep logistics data accurate
  • Uphold a spotless, high-functioning workspace by actively participating in general shop cleaning and organizing inventory zones

Requirements

  • You must drive your own car/vehicle to get to work
  • Must be ready to start right away
  • Your own reliable vehicle to get to work
  • Ability to work fast and stay on task completely on your own
  • Ability to stand all night and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic math, counting, and computer scanning skills
  • Ability to do the daytime training week, then commit to the night shift
  • The Self-Directed Professional: You excel when left to manage your own workflow, maintaining a brisk, consistent output without requiring constant supervision
  • The Commuted Operator (Must-Have): You are a licensed driver with personal, reliable transportation, ensuring you can reach the facility regardless of the hour
  • The Agile Industrial Athlete: You bring the physical stamina needed to stay on your feet and comfortably lift, flip, and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • The Detail-Oriented Computer User: You are tech-savvy, comfortable utilizing digital tools, and possess sharp basic math and counting skills for rapid inventory audits
  • The Adaptable Shift-Worker: You are ready to absorb new processes during your initial daytime training week, with the ultimate flexibility to transition seamlessly to the high-paying overnight block

What we offer

  • Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Plus an extra +$2.00/hour for night hours)
  • Investment: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Plus a $2.00/hr overnight premium on night shifts!)
  • Onboarding: Comprehensive first-week training provided from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Day Shift (Training Week): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Ideal for night owls looking to maximize earnings)
