Job Responsibility:

  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
  • Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • Maintain the silver polishing program
  • Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

Requirements:

  • Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience in stewarding or cleaning
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is desirable
  • Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in Canada
