Job Description:

As the Security/Greeter, you'll be the first point of contact for members, hotel guests entering our esteemed property. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for their experience and ensuring a warm welcome.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome members and guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
  • Collaborate with club and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, providing support as needed to enhance overall service delivery
  • Monitor and control access to the club premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
  • Provide information and directions to visitors as needed
  • Maintain vigilance and alertness to any security concerns or suspicious activities, promptly reporting them to appropriate authorities
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and service excellence consistently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality/purchasing experience preferred
  • At least one year customer service experience preferred
  • 2 years Security or Police (military or civilian) experience, preferably with exposure to the hotel environment
  • 2 years of college in a safety, security or hospitality related discipline
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • First Aid/CPR certification, prefer instructor rating
  • High quality written and oral communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Prior hospitality/purchasing experience preferred
  • First Aid/CPR instructor rating preferred
