Job Description

About the role Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking an Overnight Residential Services Attendant (Part Time). This role supports the Residential team by delivering exceptional service to homeowners, ensuring seamless overnight operations and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and care.

Job Responsibility

  • Process incoming and outgoing packages, mail, faxes, and deliveries accurately and in a timely manner
  • store and retrieve resident items such as groceries, luggage, dry cleaning, and flowers
  • Assist residents with luggage, transportation needs, deliveries, wine shipments, groceries, and other personal requests following their instructions
  • Provide information regarding residential and hotel events, services, and amenities
  • Support homeowners with transporting items to and from private storage areas
  • Provide lobby support, including answering calls at the Residences Concierge desk and delivering messages, newspapers, and packages to residences
  • Collaborate with Residential team members and assist across roles during high-volume periods or staff absences
  • Deliver all owner interactions with professionalism and personalized service while anticipating needs and resolving concerns proactively
  • Communicate resident requests clearly to the Residence Concierge to ensure efficient completion
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Residential Lobby and common areas
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Residential Services or Guest Services, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Strong communication skills with a solid command of the English language
  • Flexibility to work overnight (third shift), including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to use various software systems and technology
