Job Description:

The Hilton Austin Airport is seeking a dedicated and proactive Overnight Manager on Duty (MOD) to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our property, guests, and associates during overnight hours. The MOD will oversee hotel operations, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a secure environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safeguard hotel property and the belongings of guests and associates
  • Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property and maintain constant communication with the Front Desk
  • Respond to and investigate all hotel-related incidents, including accidents involving guests, associates, vehicles, and property
  • Act as a bellman during hours when no bellman is on duty
  • Assist guests with unique or challenging situations, providing service recovery when needed
  • Accurately report all accidents, injuries, near misses, property damage, and/or loss

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to visually inspect public spaces for cleanliness, hazards, and irregularities
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
  • Familiarity with hotel amenities and their hours of operation
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a shuttle van
