Job Description:

This role is an important part of our overnight kitchen team, where you will help create a caring and supportive environment behind the scenes. You will be someone our culinary colleagues can rely on, making sure the heart of house is clean, organised and ready for a new day. Your work will have a direct impact on the smooth running of the hotel, helping the team deliver the warm and thoughtful service that our guests return for time and again.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware
  • Keep the kitchen and the “heart of the house” clean and safe
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant
  • Maintain all restaurant and kitchen materials
  • Follow the hotel’s recycling policy
  • Ensure cleanliness in back-of-house areas

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to carry heavy equipment is required
  • The ability to speak English fluently is required
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Must have work authorization for the UK
