Job Description:

Overnight house aide position responsible for responding to guest requests, maintaining public areas, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards at Courtyard Anaheim Buena Park.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests
Report maintenance issues
Deliver guest requests
Set up furniture in guest rooms
Clean public areas
Maintain cleaning equipment
Ensure safety and security standards
Provide guest service assistance

Requirements:

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
Identify and report maintenance issues
Post caution signs
Contact other departments for urgent repairs
Deliver guest requests and set up furniture
Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas
Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
Follow all company and safety policies
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Complete safety training and certifications
Properly store flammable materials
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
Push and pull loaded housekeeping cart
Reach overhead and below knees
Visually inspect tools and equipment
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Move up and down a ladder
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
