Job Responsibility

  • Greets all guests and delivers luggage to room upon check-in during overnight hours, picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the front drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pickups
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • resolves customer complaints, assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, directions, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
  • Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests
  • Receives vehicles from guests and drives to the hotel garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle being driven and other vehicles in the vicinity. Pick up vehicles when requested in a timely manner. Yields to pedestrians
  • Assesses any damage to vehicle. Clearly notes any damage on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked. Deposits key and ticket in Bell closet
  • Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
  • Assists with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining delivery and housekeeping items during Overnight shift
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Works Harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury hotel/restaurant preferred
  • Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to lift/carry the luggage and pull luggage carts - 100% of shift is mobile
  • Ability to multi-task in high volume and demanding environment
  • Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
