Job Description:

A Mechanic will be responsible for providing overnight shift coverage and must demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities across all areas of facility maintenance. The role performs preventative maintenance on major equipment and building systems. In addition, includes guest rooms, meeting spaces, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas, as well as kitchen, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide overnight shift coverage
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities across all areas of facility maintenance
  • Perform preventative maintenance on major equipment and building systems
  • Maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas, as well as kitchen, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of building maintenance experience
  • Solid working knowledge of all major building systems, including life‑safety systems
  • Strong communication skills
