Job Description:

We're the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Effectively perform core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by promptly and accurately completing tasks within the designated fulfillment unit operations area
  • Contribute to the optimization of daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious manner

Requirements:

  • Skilled in the operation of technical equipment in various settings
  • Proficient in managing tasks in an agile, multichannel workspace
  • Experienced in following action plans and working methods under the guidance of managers
