Job Responsibility

Perform effectively the core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity
Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility
Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products
Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.

Job Responsibility

Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts
