We are seeking an Overnight Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time), an exciting opportunity to be part of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. This individual sets the tone for our guests’ experience, creating exceptional first and last impressions through genuine service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and establish payment methods
Check guests out efficiently, preparing and explaining billing details
Respond to guest requests with warmth and accuracy, adding thoughtful recommendations to enhance each stay
Assist guests pre-arrival and in-house with personalized arrangements, including local tours, dining reservations, transportation, and other experiences
Handle packages, faxes, messages, and mail in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with guests through in-person interactions, phone, email, and the Four Seasons chat system
Utilize multiple systems including OPERA PMS, Concierge software, and guest recognition tools to ensure a seamless experience
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, always seeking to turn moments of service recovery into memorable experiences
Maintain updated local knowledge of Nashville’s best restaurants, attractions, and cultural experiences to make personalized recommendations
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous Front Desk or Front Office experience preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel environment
Ability to work overnight shifts is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
knowledge of OPERA PMS or similar systems preferred
Familiarity with the Nashville area is an advantage
Authorization to work in the United States is required
Nice to have:
