Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic Front Office overnight team. In this role, you will create meaningful guest connections and deliver exceptional experiences, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure every interaction reflects the genuine care and luxury hospitality that define our brand.
Job Responsibility
Deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience by welcoming guests warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs with precision, and ensuring complete satisfaction at every interaction
Provide exceptional, personalized service by anticipating guest needs, handling inquiries and concerns with care, and supporting reservations and guest communications with professionalism and efficiency
Keep transactions accurate by handling payments, balancing your cash drawer, using hotel systems properly, and following Four Seasons standards while working closely with your team
Requirements
Knowledge of OPERA required
Minimum two years experience working in Hospitality or Customer Service required, luxury experience is preferred
Ability to prioritize many tasks based on guests' and business needs
Work authorization in the United States required
