Job Responsibility

  • Ensure guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience
  • Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
  • Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by assessing needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies
  • Responsible for night audit procedures of the front office

Requirements

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task
  • Good problem solving ability and proficiency in Hotel property management systems
  • Work Authorization and fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
  • Continuous standing for 8 hours a day
  • Previous hospitality experience in a similar role is ideal
