Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking an Overnight Cook to join our talented culinary team. This role supports the kitchen by preparing high-quality food items during overnight hours, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
Job Responsibility
Prepare and execute high-quality food and pastry items according to established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
Set up and complete mise en place for service, ensuring readiness for breakfast and other meal periods
Prepare food items in advance based on forecasted needs while minimizing waste
Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Department of Health standards, including proper food storage and labeling
Monitor and control food waste, usage, and cost in line with company policies
Maintain proper temperature control and storage of all perishable items
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth overnight kitchen operations
Support consistency in quality and presentation across all dishes
Requirements
Culinary degree preferred
2–3 years of culinary or related experience
Strong knife skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
