Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for an Overnight Communications Agent to join the Front Office Communications/Switchboard team. As a Communications Agent you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, delivering warm, intuitive and seamless service in line with Four Seasons standards. You will handle all incoming calls and requests with confidence, clarity and genuine care, ensuring every guest feels supported and valued.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer all enquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible, and directs calls to the right extensions and to the right property
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible and aiming to exceed their expectations
  • Follow telephone procedures and standards as dictated by Four Seasons standards
  • Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with internet, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Accept and deliver all wake-up calls, message, emails and communicates all requests to the team with appropriate use of log files

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury five star environment is preferred
  • Strong background handling high volumes of calls
  • Ability to support guests with telephone and internet services and basic in room technology assistance
  • Comfortable working in a close team environment in a focused workspace
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Confident, professional and warm telephone manner
  • The Right to Work in the UK is required

Nice to have:

  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience with Opera and HotSOS is preferred
