The Bell Attendant assists guests with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, and transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
Job Responsibility:
Delivers luggage to room upon check-in, and offers in-room orientation when Guest Relations team is unable to
Picks up luggage from room upon departure and moves luggage to storage or the Front Drive
Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Greets all guests passing through lobby and offers them assistance
Handles all guest request during the overnight shift with shoe polishing, delivering newspaper, polish bell carts, delivering items that guest needs and etc.
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Restock the RA closet during the overnight shift
Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room
Assists guests at the Concierge and Front Desk
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door, Guest Relations, and Valet Staff
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent experience
Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
Experience in Guest Services preferred
