The restaurant group of award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking an Overnight Bread Baker with at least two year of experience for our commissary kitchen located in NYC. The commissary prepares all bread for Epicerie Boulud and all 8 of our NY concepts. Responsibilities include dividing, shaping, baking dough; cleaning machinery; preparing ingredients; and packaging of finished product. Candidates must have a passion for bread baking, strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, the ability to take direction and lift up to 50 lbs, with a pleasant demeanor and a flexible schedule for overnight shifts.
