In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle for monday CRM, Service, and AI within our existing customer base, while partnering with Work OS Account Executives to convert inbound interest into high-impact CRM, Service, and AI wins. You’ll unlock revenue and service workflows, convert Work OS users into CRM, Service, and AI power-users, and shape the product roadmap in a PLG, sales-assisted motion. Lead discovery and run outcome-driven demos that map pain to monday CRM, Service, and AI value.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle for monday CRM, Service, and AI within our existing customer base
Partner with Work OS Account Executives to convert inbound interest into high-impact CRM, Service, and AI wins
Unlock revenue and service workflows
Convert Work OS users into CRM, Service, and AI power-users
Shape the product roadmap in a PLG, sales-assisted motion
Lead discovery and run outcome-driven demos that map pain to monday CRM, Service, and AI value
Territory Management: Own and mine the NSW Mid-Market territory to identify and execute expansion plays within existing Work OS accounts
Strategic Execution: Run multi-threaded pursuits using the Value Framework & MEDDPICC to forecast and close
Product Advocacy: Act as product owner with SEs and PMMs
feed field insights into the roadmap
Pipeline Generation: Prospect into whitespace to build a 3x times qualified pipeline via phone, email, events and social
Market Intelligence: Stay current on the competitive landscape and translate insights into win themes
Requirements:
5+ years quota‑carrying SaaS sales (mid‑market/enterprise)
Proven success selling workflow/RevOps software
able to showcase boards, dashboards & automations
Practitioner‑level knowledge of a major CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and hunger to master Work OS APIs & integrations
Comfortable with revenue executives and ops personas
Fluency in value‑selling frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.)
Exceptional communicator able to simplify complex workflows
Data‑driven forecasting discipline
Nice to have:
Vertical expertise in professional services, tech scale‑ups, or financial services
Hands‑on experience with monday Work OS or other work‑management tools
Overlay or new‑product launch experience
