As an Over‑the‑Road (OTR) Driver, you’ll safely complete scheduled deliveries and pick‑ups for our customers and vendors across the U.S. and Canada. Your work helps ensure life‑sustaining Baxter products arrive where they’re needed, when they’re needed.
Job Responsibility:
Complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups to and from our customers and vendors, using hoists and other devices, in a professional and efficient manner
Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Baxter and DOT
Handle hours of service (HOS) using Qualcomm E-log System, MS Word, MS Excel
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service
Follow procedures and align with the standards for Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Hold a Class A CDL license with a DOT physical, physical ability test (PAT), background check, pre-employment drug screen, and road test
Current U.S. Passport (or be eligible to acquire one)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Applicants must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to push and/or pull up to 80 lbs
