Conduct on-site and virtual seminars, "Lunch & Learn" sessions, and help-desk kiosks at partner corporate offices to build awareness. Manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a high conversion rate. Evaluate the financial needs and educational goals of applicants to recommend the most suitable loan products and repayment structures. Work closely with the Credit and Operations teams to ensure a seamless documentation process and a stellar "Time-to-Yes" for the customer.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related major from a reputable university
Minimum 6 Months of experience in B2C sales, preferably in banking, FinTech, or relevant industries
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A positive attitude toward hitting monthly disbursement targets
