Inspect and control the cleanliness and detail of every golf cart including but not limited to the wheels, wheel wells, undercarriage, body, floorboard, accessory holders and cubbies, club cargo area, back accessory basket, and roof
Clean, bag, and disperse range balls and keep range picked and clean
Continually monitor driving range and practice areas, ensuring that the practice greens are clean from practice balls, and the driving range is clean from tees and loose golf balls

Job Responsibility

Observe on-course pace of play and coordinates pace of play with the starter and other rangers
Request slower playing groups to speed up pace, if appropriate
Assist golfers with information that may help them play the course such as local rules, yardage markers, location of rest stations, areas to avoid with carts, etc
Remind golfers to replace divots, repair ball marks, and rake sand traps
Monitor on-course activities and report all infractions to Starter & Pro Shop
Replenish water in drink containers on course as necessary to insure that drinking water is always available to golfers
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures, location of emergency equipment, and reporting procedures. Provide emergency assistance to golfers and other guests as necessary according to Company procedures
Assist golf shop staff in preparing for and running tournaments, clinics and other special events
Assist with staging golf carts for day of use – ensuring all carts have sand, scorecard, and pencil in place
Cleaning & removing trash from golf carts upon cart return and staging carts for repeated use or storing carts in the cart storage area for end of day use
