Outside School Hours Care Educator

• Deliver before and after school programs that provide high-quality education and care to school-aged children
• Support the wider community
• Provide nurturing care
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Create recreational and education experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy
• Build positive relationships with your team and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for our children and families

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare
• Ability to form positive relationships with children and team members
• Experience in Early Childhood or engaging with children (ideal)
• Ability to work with OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement a fun, safe, and engaging program that adheres to laws, regulations, and learning frameworks
• Current or willingness to obtain first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates
• Current or willingness to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Card

Qualifications in Early Childhood Education

• Hourly rate + super + 25% casual loading
