Outside School Hours Care Educator

• Support the strategic and operational of the Glenorchy Uniting OSHC program
• Deliver after-school programs that provide high-quality education and care to school-aged children
• Support the wider community
• Provide nurturing care
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Create recreational and education experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy
• Build positive relationships with the team and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for children and families

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare
• Ability to form positive relationships with children and team members
• 4 or more years experience in working alongside children in outside school hours care program
• Ability to work with OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement a fun, safe and engaging program that adheres to laws, regulations and learning frameworks
• Current or willingness to obtain first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates
• Current or willingness to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Card
