Outside School Hours Care Educator

• Deliver after-school programs that provide high-quality education and care to school-aged children
• Support the wider community
• Provide nurturing care
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Create recreational and education experiences that are inclusive for all to enjoy
• Build positive relationships with team
• Work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for children and families

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare
• Ability to form positive relationships with children and team members
• Experience in Early Childhood or engaging with children in some capacity
• Ability to work with OSHC Service Leader and team to plan and implement a fun, safe and engaging program that adheres to laws, regulations and learning frameworks
• Current or willingness to obtain first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates
• Working with Children check
• Qualification equivalent to a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Bachelor of Arts, Science, or Diploma of Community Services)
