We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to own the Harrisburg territory and help us expand our footprint across Central PA. Job Responsibility:

Prospect, develop, and grow a strong pipeline of new business across the Harrisburg region
Meet directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage your territory like your own business—plan routes, schedule appointments, and hit goals
Build long‑term relationships with clients through consistent follow‑up and excellent service
Represent our brand with professionalism and confidence in the field
Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

A driven, self‑motivated communicator who loves meeting new people
1+ year in sales preferred, but we’re open to training the right personality
Comfortable with cold calling, in‑person visits, and territory management
Strong organizational skills—you know how to plan your day for success
Reliable transportation
Competitive spirit with the desire to win (and earn great commissions!)
