This person will grow, and maintain customer relationships while strategically expanding market share. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, high sense of urgency, and a strong customer service orientation. Job Responsibility
Strategically manage and maximize sales opportunities through direct customer interaction
Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Analyze customer needs and provide expert guidance on equipment selection
Help customers identify equipment specifications to meet their unique requirements
Consult with customers to answer inquiries and resolve concerns
Effectively manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and nurture interactions
Travel as required for training or to support other locations
Requirements
Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to initiate engaging conversations
Previous experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in rental sales in the construction industry
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, enabling effective interaction with customers
Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, preferred

Target total compensation is approximately $100k-150k+ annually, with higher earnings based on experience and performance
