Outside Sales Representative

• Strategically manage and maximize sales opportunities through direct customer interaction
• Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze customer needs and provide expert guidance on equipment selection
• Help customers identify equipment specifications to meet their unique requirements
• Consult with customers to answer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Effectively manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and nurture interactions
• Travel as required for training or to support other locations

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to initiate engaging conversations
• Previous experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in rental sales in the construction industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, enabling effective interaction with customers
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, preferred

• Target total compensation is approximately $100k-150k+ annually, with higher earnings based on experience and performance
