Our client is conducting a confidential search for an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Florida territory. This role requires a proactive sales professional experienced in selling interior building products—including flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC supplies—to contractors, developers, and remodelers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on quick-turn renovation projects.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, remodelers, and renovation specialists
Sell a diverse portfolio of interior building products for multi-family projects
Deliver solutions that meet tight deadlines and project requirements
Manage territory sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in construction or building products
Knowledge of interior building materials (plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Ability to engage with contractors, developers, and remodelers effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to travel throughout the I-4 corridor within Florida
