Job Description:

Join Signarama Menomonee Falls, a fast-growing team with multiple locations and over $5 million in annual sales, serving some of the region’s top businesses. We design, produce, and install everything from vehicle wraps and wall graphics to custom building signage and LED displays. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships with business owners, property managers, and contractors—helping them create signage and branding solutions that make their companies stand out.

Job Responsibility:

Client Engagement: Visit various businesses, including offices, restaurants, and industrial parks, to introduce Signarama’s services and special promotions
Sales Execution: Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present versatile signage solutions
Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain an organized system for following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales
Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Marketing and Training: Participate in regular in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Store Support: Assist with store management duties as needed and ensure a professional work environment

Requirements:

2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (signage, printing, marketing, or construction industries preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in the use of computers and eager to master various software tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a love for building relationships
Ability to read basic construction drawings or measurements
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
