Our client is a premier Canadian importer and distributor of specialized steel and concrete construction solutions. We are seeking a high-performance Outside Sales Representative (Drainage Systems) to spearhead the growth of a world-class European product line. This is a "hunter" role designed for a self-starting professional who can navigate the complexities of both sub-distribution and long-cycle project specifications.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and close opportunities within plumbing wholesalers, landscape contractors, and mechanical contractors
Consult with engineers and landscape architects to have products specified into major GTA condo, infrastructure, and parking structure projects
Handle prospecting, technical quoting, and closing, with internal support for complex technical queries
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and pipeline stages within Salesforce
Represent the brand at major industry trade shows in Ontario and occasionally internationally
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years in Outside Sales within the drainage or civil construction sector
Ability to read blueprints and understand water management/infrastructure requirements
