Job Description:

Our client is conducting a confidential search for an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Southeast Florida territory. This role requires a proactive sales professional experienced in selling interior building products—including flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC supplies—to contractors, developers, and remodelers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on quick-turn renovation projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, remodelers, and renovation specialists
  • Sell a diverse portfolio of interior building products for multi-family projects
  • Deliver solutions that meet tight deadlines and project requirements
  • Manage territory sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in construction or building products
  • Knowledge of interior building materials (plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Ability to engage with contractors, developers, and remodelers effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the I-4 corridor within Florida
