OUTREACH SUPPORT WORKER - £13.50 PER HOUR + £60 PER SLEEP‑IN. Permanent Position (initially temp). Female applicants only - due to the needs of the people you'll be supporting*. Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding outreach role where every day makes a difference? We're looking for a female Outreach Support Worker to our client, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide 1:1 outreach support
  • Help people maintain independence, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities
  • Support with walks, social activities, and community involvement

Requirements

  • Manage complex needs with confidence and compassion
  • Support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues
  • Work independently - experience in domiciliary care or lone working is highly desirable
  • Drive and have access to your own car
  • Communicate clearly in English - due to the needs of some service users
  • Be comfortable supporting younger, active individuals
