Affinity Workforce Solutions is working with a Trauma Informed School (TIS) in Bristol, creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to thrive. We are looking for caring, resilient people to take on a full‑time role supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You don’t need years of experience – just empathy, determination, and a willingness to learn. Job Responsibility

  • Working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral staff to provide tailored support

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
