OLPA have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced and qualified Part-time Outreach Supervisor to supervise the Outreach Services for adults with learning disabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise the Outreach Services for adults with learning disabilities
  • Maintain high standards of quality within this service
  • Lead a highly motivated team of 8 Support Workers
  • Implement ways of joint working within this service
  • Carry out role demonstrating a person-centred approach
  • Have regular direct contact with the people we support
  • Attend person-centred reviews
  • Support the Outreach Service Co-ordinator with rotas

Requirements:

  • Health and Social Care Diploma level 3 qualification
  • Experience of leading a team is preferred
  • Vision, networking and organisational ability to deliver excellent outcomes
  • Confident and accountable practitioner with ability to put quality standards into practice
  • Skills in positive communication and engagement
  • Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support
  • Ability to write clear assessments, support plans and guidelines
