Outreach Recovery Practitioner

This post is a key part of a busy, innovative, and exciting Outreach Team at New Beginnings. The post holder will bring passion and enthusiasm alongside commitment to a role that offers the chance to make a lasting difference to the lives of service users. The community outreach practitioner will work with individuals, communities, and organisations to reduce the harm associated with substance use amongst the community. The aim to better understand the issues that people face, identifying and addressing barriers in accessing substance misuse services. The post will raise awareness of related harm, promote community and user involvement in this process and work with partners to improve access to support services, including treatment and recovery for those whose lives have been adversely affected.
