Job Description:

The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives work closely with their Outreach Managers, Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth in their territory. Core responsibilities include generating leads, nurturing prospects, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with teams, and addressing patient concerns. Job Responsibility:

Generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach
maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs
prospecting and cold calling to prospects & new leads
nurturing prospective patients and prospect for new patients with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking
collaborating with your Community Relationship Manager, other Outreach Executives, and your Outreach Manager/Outreach Director to drive lead generation
maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth
capture and record customer information and sales activity into CRM system
acting as point of contact for both the clinical and center team
resolving concerns & complaints new prospects & patients may have about Oak Street Health
other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people
comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
ability to manage priorities simultaneously
team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
US work authorization
someone who embodies being 'Oaky'
