Job Description:

The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. They drive new patient growth locally and collaborate with managers and directors in execution.

Job Responsibility:

Generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach
Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs
Prospecting and cold calling to prospects & new leads
Nurturing prospective patients with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking
Collaborating with Community Relationship Manager, other Outreach Executives, and Managers/Directors to drive lead generation
Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects
Capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into CRM system
Acting as point of contact for clinical team/center team regarding patient questions
Resolving concerns & complaints from prospects & patients
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people
Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
US work authorization
