The Outreach Executive is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. They will work closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth within their assigned territory. Responsibilities include lead generation, nurturing prospects, and maintaining ongoing relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach
Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives
Prospecting and cold calling to prospects & new leads assigned to you
Nurturing prospective patients and prospects for new patients via email, phone, and networking
Collaborating with Community Relationship Manager, other Outreach Executives, and Outreach Manager/Outreach Director to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents
Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage prospects to drive new patient growth
Capture and record customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management system and other business systems
Acting as the point of contact for clinical/center staff when questions arise
Resolving any concerns & complaints new prospects & patients may have about Oak Street Health
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people
Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
US work authorization
