Outreach Coordinator

• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records
• Provide administrative support to office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Coordinate and assist with community outreach programs and events
• Support fundraising activities, including event planning and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with team members to promote community-focused initiatives
• Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports for stakeholders

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle calls and outreach activities
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage receptionist duties and create a positive environment for visitors
• Familiarity with community outreach and event coordination
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools

Experience with fundraising or community marketing efforts is a plus
