Cranstoun are seeking a committed and compassionate Outreach/CYP Practitioner to join our Slough Domestic Abuse Support Service. You will deliver trauma‑informed one‑to‑one outreach support to victims and survivors—both adults and children/young people—through a blend of in‑person, online and telephone sessions. Part of your role will be embedded within local Children’s Hubs, where you will work directly with children, young people, and their primary carers to identify needs, assess risk, and co‑produce safety and support plans. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on families affected by domestic abuse while collaborating closely with multi‑agency partners across Slough to ensure holistic support and safeguarding.

Requirements:
Experience of working with children and young people and/ or an outreach role
Experience working in the domestic abuse sector and/or health and social care
A wide-ranging understanding of all forms of domestic abuse
A passion for development, collaboration and partnership working
