Job Description:

The Outreach Associate is an entry-level sales position focused on adding new patients to an Oak Street Health center by following up on leads, attending events, and scheduling appointments with prospective patients. The role is part of the Outreach team at CVS Health.

Job Responsibility:

Follow up on warm leads
Attend events to meet prospective patients
Schedule prospective patients for initial welcome visit appointments

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Ability to attend events and meet prospective patients
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
