Job Description:

The Outreach Associate is responsible for community engagement, lead generation, and developing relationships with Medicare-eligible seniors to drive growth for Oak Street Health centers. Tasks include scheduling first appointments for interested prospects, developing local relationships, and collaborating with team members.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging Medicare-eligible seniors through event execution
scheduling first appointments with interested prospects
maintaining sales systems like Salesforce
collaborating with Outreach Managers and central teams
developing relationships with prospects across the territory
resolving customer concerns and complaints

Requirements:

Ability to engage with Medicare-eligible seniors
knowledge of sales systems such as Salesforce
strong relationship-development skills
