Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Output team in the Platform Solution CH/FL domain, with a specialized focus on data extraction using ACP (Avaloq Core Platform) and the generation of client-facing documents, such as advice and layout statements. This role is critical in ensuring that complex financial or operational data is accurately extracted, transformed, and presented in a clear, compliant, and client-friendly format.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and maintain data extraction pipelines using ACP to retrieve structured and unstructured data from internal systems
  • Develop and maintain automated processes for generating advice and layout statements tailored to client communication management
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and client service teams to define output requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely delivery of client communications, including formatting, branding, and localization
  • Optimize output generation for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Monitor and troubleshoot output processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices related to output generation and ACP-based extraction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data extraction and document generation
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
  • Experience with document templating engines and output formatting (e.g., PDF, HTML, XML)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
