Facilitate multiple daily group therapy sessions for adult patients in an outpatient setting. Provide treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments. Support treatment planning, discharge planning, and coordination of follow-up care. Conduct crisis intervention and therapeutic support as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Manage scheduling, patient engagement, and session flow independently.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field preferred
Active Illinois license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or CADC) required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting preferred
Experience facilitating group therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical assessments required
