Job Description:

Join a busy hospital outpatient pharmacy team and play a key role in supporting patients with safe and efficient dispensing services. In this role, you will: clinically screen outpatient prescriptions; provide accurate dispensing and final checking support; counsel patients on prescribed medications; work closely with the wider pharmacy team; maintain high standards of patient care and pharmacy practice.
