Job Description:

Now Hiring 1 Licensed Therapist for Our Suntree Location! Are you a Fabulous LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT looking for a new start in 2026 with an amazing work family? Job Responsibility:

Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time)
Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services
Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements:

Master's degree in a behavioral health field
Active clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation
Comfortable with diverse client populations
Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus)

Nice to have:

Experience with Valant EHR system
Interest in working with kids and/or couples
