Job Description:

We’re hiring a part-time fully licensed therapist (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PSY.D, PH.D) to provide therapy for clients ranging from school-aged children through adults. At Ellie Westlake, we value authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Our mission is to destigmatize mental health and make care accessible.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain a caseload of 15–20 client hours per week
Complete assessments & individualized treatment plans
Use evidence-based and creative interventions to help clients thrive
Collect client balances with the assistance of our billing support team
Collaborate with a caring and dynamic clinical team

Requirements:

Master’s degree in a behavioral science field
Active Ohio license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, PhD, or equivalent)
Strong organizational skills for scheduling & documentation
Passion for therapy and helping clients reach their goals
