Centrally located < 1 ml. from the Route 95 and Route 93 intersection, our newly established center is geographically accessible to clinicians and clients, alike. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed or license eligible in MA. They will align with our Person-centered philosophy rooted in core values of acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, and will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health services for all. Proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health, we are seeking individuals in pursuit of overcoming obstacles still wedged in between behavioral health systems, and those in need.
Job Responsibility:
Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, if full-time status
Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
Requirements:
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
Must hold clinical licensure or be working toward licensure, in MA
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Must work within a multi-cultural lens
Must be proficient in Electronic Health Record systems
