Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise the outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Handle guest enquiries and concerns, offering professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Implement and maintain outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
  • Motivate and mentor team members to achieve excellence in guest service
  • Monitor and analyse outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Assist in organising and executing special events and promotions
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum of two years' relevant experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and leadership skills
  • Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations and food and beverage standards
  • Proficiency in Micros and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of relevant food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

Knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous
