As an Outlet Server, you will provide exceptional service in our MIRU and Gallery outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will deliver attentive, personalized service and maintain Four Seasons standards in every detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests
  • Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverages to assist guests with recommendations
  • Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas remain clean and organized
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • additional languages are a plus
  • Current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic or EU Passport
